Job Title: Professional Services Administrator
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Professional Services Administrator to join a highly respected professional services business based in Harrogate. Working within a friendly and supportive team, you will provide essential administrative support to advisers, helping to deliver an exceptional service to clients while ensuring the smooth day to day running of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator looking to develop a long term career within a growing professional services environment. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing career development and opportunities to gain industry recognised qualifications.
Responsibilities Of Professional Services Administrator
- Prepare and process new business applications and client documentation
- Liaise with clients, advisers and third parties by telephone and email
- Manage administration generated by advisers and professional stakeholders
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is kept up to date
- Support the client journey from initial enquiry through to ongoing servicing
- Ensure work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Prioritise workloads effectively while maintaining excellent customer service

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within business administration or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
- A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
- A willingness to learn and develop within a professional environment
