The Role
We're looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our growing Dynamics Practice.
In this role, you'll work closely with our customers, helping them turn business challenges into effective technology solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll guide education providers through every stage of their Dynamics 365 journey, from understanding their business processes, configuring and implementing our product, to driving adoption and supporting continuous improvement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong customer relationships, and seeing the real-world impact of the solutions they deliver.
The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Tribal offices and customer sites.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working with customers to understand their business objectives, requirements, and processes.
- Configuring and optimising Dynamics 365 solutions to meet customer needs.
- Supporting and leading implementation projects, upgrades.
- Providing expert guidance on best practice and process improvement.
- Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and user adoption activities.
- Supporting testing activities and producing high-quality solution documentation.
- Collaborating with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
- Supporting customers post-go-live to maximise adoption and ongoing value from their investment.
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping.
- Experience delivering customer-facing consultancy and building effective stakeholder relationships.
- A track record of successfully delivering projects, including workshops, testing, training, and user adoption activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering great outcomes.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
- Experience working within Higher Education, Further Education, or another education-focused organisation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or business process improvement programmes.
