The Work
At Ripple, we empower organizations on their path to strategic treasury through our leading SaaS treasury and risk management solutions. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be the linchpin between our innovative technology and the financial aspirations of our esteemed clients. Your role transcends mere implementation; you will be a digital architect and a trusted advisor, carefully customizing solutions that enhance treasury operations to higher levels of efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
- Solution Architecture: Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals
- Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes
- Implementation & Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision
- Enablement & Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations, particularly in ERP or SaaS.
- A consultative approach, challenging the status quo and leading clients toward improved outcomes.
- Technical competence, with an understanding of complex software ecosystems and data flow between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
- Outstanding communication skills, translating technical jargon into accessible financial concepts.
- Expertise in treasury domains such as cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
- Financial proficiency, with experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance, and comfort discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk.
- Proficiency in both English and German is required, with other languages considered a plus.
