Professional Services Consultant – Private Capital Technology
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
About the Opportunity
We are supporting a premier London technology consultancy that delivers independent advisory, software implementations, and bespoke data solutions to top-tier Private Capital firms (PE, Real Estate, Infrastructure). Operating since 2011 across 20+ countries, they are hiring a Professional Services Consultant to lead client projects and configure market-leading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Delivery: Manage and execute software implementations with high autonomy.
- Requirements Gathering: Partner with business users and fund accountants to produce clear functional specs.
- Platform & Data Setup: Perform hands-on platform configuration, customisations, and ETL data integrations.
- Client Handover: Provide user training, technical documentation, and post-go-live support.

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 2:1 STEM or Business degree.
- Domain Focus: Knowledge of Private Capital Markets (Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure).
- Software Expertise: Experience configuring or implementing alternative asset platforms:
- Front Office: DealCloud
- Middle Office: eFront, Dynamo, Chronograph, iLEVEL
- Back Office: LemonEdge
- Key Skills: Strong client-facing communication, analytical problem solving, and willingness to work hybrid in London.
