Professional Services Engineer
About the Company
We’re recruiting for a high-performing, growing MSP in Oxford with a strong reputation for delivering quality technology solutions to its clients. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious technical team, working across a broad range of on-premise, cloud and hybrid infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope, design and deliver infrastructure projects.
- Work with clients to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
- Deliver projects across servers, networking, telephony, cloud and wider infrastructure.
- Design and implement hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Manage projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Produce technical documentation and project plans.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Skills & Experience Required
A full UK driving licence is required, as customer site visits will be part of the role when required.
We’re open to engineers at Junior, Mid-Level and Senior stages, so the exact experience required will depend on your level.
You’ll ideally have experience with some combination of:
- Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365
- Azure / cloud services
- Server infrastructure and virtualisation
- Networking, firewalls and connectivity
- Telephony / VoIP / unified communications
- Hybrid infrastructure environments
- Infrastructure migrations, upgrades or deployments
- Technical project delivery within an MSP or client-facing environment

For junior candidates, strong technical fundamentals and a genuine desire to move into project delivery are more important than having experience across the full technology stack.
For senior candidates, we’re looking for proven experience in solution design, project ownership and client-facing technical delivery.
