HAYNE Solutions Professional Services Manager
Hayne Solutions is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Professional Services Manager to lead the delivery of our consultancy and project services. We help organisations transform financial and operational performance through market-leading technology and consultancy services, partnering with market-leading vendors, including CCH Tagetik, IBM, Insight and Microsoft.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of customer projects, managing project management resources, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Working closely with our Consultancy, Sales, and Leadership teams, you will play an integral role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also act as a trusted escalation point for customers, helping to build long-term relationships and supporting the continued growth and success of our Professional Services function.

Working Pattern

Reports to:
Consultancy Director
Role Purpose:
To lead the delivery of HAYNE's project and consultancy services, ensuring successful outcomes for customers, effective utilisation of consultancy resources, high levels of customer satisfaction, and profitable project delivery.
Core Duties:
- Manage the Programme of Projects we have ongoing at any one time
- Manage the small Project Management Team, including coaching and development
- Manage a personal portfolio of projects (Time, Cost, Resources, Quality)
- Ensuring the Programme of Projects effectively utilises Consultancy resources and that interlinked or dependant projects are considered as a whole
- Be the key internal liaison point of contact for key existing accounts, alongside the Sales Team member responsible for the account, ensuring project success, and responsiveness of our internal teams, and monitoring and improving customer satisfaction
- Acting as an escalation point for customer concerns or service issues
- Ensuring project governance and assisting in the production and approval of core documents such as Statements of Work and Change Control Notes, with the Consultancy team
- With the PM team, manage and improve the forecasting and recording process of work in hand, and scheduled for the near future (<6 months)
- Periodically monitor incoming timesheets for all Consultants for consistency and appropriate use of coding and reporting quality
- Monitor and approve timesheets for Consultants working on projects managed by this role

Core Skills and Experience:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to identify risks and issues
- 5 years Programme Management experience in the software consulting industry
- Qualified Project / Programme management certifications (For example Prince 2)
- Ability to take ownership of Programmes and Projects and to work with other internal teams and customers to resolve issues and constraints
- Commercial contract awareness and experience
- Experience managing projects and programmes of work with a duration of weeks to several months
- Experience of servicing long term customer accounts and building relationships with key customer contacts
- Willing to build their own experience of our services, and use this to increase the effectiveness and profitability of project delivery
