The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a GOC registered Optometrist to support our Professional Services Department.
The successful candidate will fulfil this varied role, with key responsibilities including supporting the Professional Services team with project launches and rollouts, as well as supporting our clinicians through education, training and professional development. The role will also involve equipment management and procurement, together with the administration and management of NHS contracts.
The successful applicant will be highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with excellent communication and relationship building skills. They will be able to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively with colleagues across the business and demonstrate a keen interest in supporting clinical excellence and service development.

The role is office based full time, Monday to Friday, in Birmingham.
The Business:
We are a nationally based opticians and hearing care business. With a Head Office in Birmingham and a local manufacturing facility, we support over 166 retail branches across England, Scotland and Wales. This is an expanding family owned business, which has maintained a presence in the city since 1938.
