We are now hiring a Professional Services Recruiter (International Market) to join our Glasgow team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing global desk, supporting international clients while building your own specialist professional services market.

- Building and developing your own international professional services desk.
- Partnering with clients across key global markets, including Europe and the Middle East.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across consulting, advisory, and business services roles.
- Delivering high-quality shortlists for mid to senior-level mandates.
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Building a strong international candidate network.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on global hiring trends and market conditions.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in recruitment (professional services preferred but not essential).
- Strong interest in international markets.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated.
