Overview
We are seeking an experienced Gynaecologist, Endocrinologist, Women's Health Specialist, or Healthcare Practitioner to deliver an engaging corporate awareness session on the topic:
"PCOD & PCOS: Prevention, Care & Lifestyle Management"
This will be a one-time virtual engagement, with the potential for repeat sessions as part of our monthly Health and Wellness Series.
If you are a women's health expert, gynecologist, endocrinologist, or healthcare practitioner with experience in creating awareness around hormonal health and preventive care, we'd love to hear from you.
The objective of this session is to educate employees about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD), their causes, symptoms, risk factors, and long-term health implications. The session should empower participants with knowledge on early identification, preventive measures, and effective management strategies to support overall well-being and women's health.

The session should incorporate interactive discussions, expert insights, case studies, myth-versus-fact activities, polls, and Q&A opportunities to encourage participation and reflection. The goal is to equip employees with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools needed to better understand PCOD and PCOS, adopt healthier lifestyle choices, and support overall wellness.

Ideal Profile
- Experienced Gynecologist, Endocrinologist, Women's Health Specialist, or Healthcare Practitioner with expertise in PCOD and PCOS management
- Experience delivering engaging and informative corporate wellness sessions on women's health, hormonal wellness, preventive healthcare, or lifestyle management
- Able to conduct a 45-60 minute virtual session with interactive discussions, polls, and Q&A
- Able to provide professionally designed presentation slides, evidence-based insights, practical lifestyle recommendations, and actionable strategies for prevention and management of PCOD and PCOS
