One of the global leaders in the offshore legal sector are looking for a Corporate/ Banking & Finance Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to work remotely from the UK.
The role will be to support the Cayman Islands Corporate/ Banking & Finance teams in the preparation, production and management of Cayman precedents, know-how and client briefings. You will work as part of a coordinated team alongside Cayman partners, knowledge management, business development and marketing to ensure legal professionals and clients are kept informed of current legal and regulatory updates.

Main responsibilities of the role:
- Preparation of the Corporate and Banking & Finance team precedents, practice notes and client briefings
- Management of maintained know-how
- Preparation and delivery of knowledge management training documents and practices
- Play a key part in the adoption of AI and legal technology tools, working with Knowledge Management and IT teams to provide training and support to lawyers in the use of AI.
The ideal candidate will have:

- At least 2 years PQE
- Admission in the Cayman Islands, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Hong Kong
- General Corporate and/or Banking & Finance post qualification experience gained at a reputable law firm
- Strong academics – minimum 2:1 LLB (Hons) or equivalent
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems is desirable
This role can be fully remote but candidates based in London/ South East also have the option of using the London office and working on a hybrid basis if preferred.
