Corporate PSL / Knowledge Lawyer | 6+ PQE
Are you an experienced Corporate lawyer looking for a role where you can make it your own? Join a forward-thinking Corporate team and use your transactional expertise to shape knowledge, training and innovation across the practice. You’ll remain close to high-quality M&A work while stepping away from traditional fee-earning.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing precedents, templates and practical legal guidance.
- Supporting lawyers on complex corporate and M&A matters.
- Leading training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Driving legal tech adoption and process improvements.
- Contributing to client briefings, pitches and thought leadership.
- Working with partners and specialist teams to support the wider Corporate strategy.

What we’re looking for:
- 6+ PQE Corporate lawyer or experienced PSL.
- Strong mid-market M&A and transactional experience.
- Excellent drafting, research and communication skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach.
- An interest in innovation, training and developing others.
