Professional Support Lawyer – Real Estate
Bristol
An excellent opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to move into a Professional Support Lawyer role within a leading UK law firm. This is a broad and strategic PSL position, working closely with the wider Real Estate group to support technical excellence and development of the practice, in addition this role has a strong focus on innovation, legal technology, and AI.
The Role:
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing up-to-date knowledge of key practical legal developments.
- Developing and delivering training to support technical excellence.
- Identifying areas of legal, regulatory, and commercial risk.
- Working closely with the Innovation and Legal Technology teams to encourage the effective use of AI and other legal technology.
- Acting as a key point of contact for Real Estate-related technology.
- Contributing to tenders and business development.

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in either real estate, property development, or planning with at least 5 years post-qualification.
- A genuine interest in legal technology, innovation, and the developing use of AI.
- Experience of delivering training and/or coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to build strong internal relationships.
