Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Professors in all departments to join our esteemed faculty team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in their discipline, a strong academic record, and a passion for mentoring students and advancing research in veterinary sciences. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of veterinary education and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead undergraduate teaching in the discipline concerned, ensuring academic rigor and student engagement.
- Design and implement innovative curriculum and teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide leadership in academic and administrative functions, including department activities, curriculum development, and policy implementation.
- Mentor junior faculty members and foster a supportive and collegial work environment.
- Engage with the veterinary and agricultural community to address industry challenges and promote community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: BVSc&AH degree with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.
- Doctorate: PhD degree in the relevant veterinary discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Associate Professor in a recognized institution.
- Age Criteria: Superannuated professors up to the age of 70 years in the relevant discipline are also encouraged to apply.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students and colleagues.
- Proven track record in research publications.
- Leadership and organizational abilities to manage departmental activities effectively.
