About the Role
Reporting to our Head of Profit Protection, you'll lead Central Operations across four iconic brands, driving execution of Group loss initiatives, strengthening governance, aligning stakeholders and embedding sustainable solutions that reduce loss, improve controls and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Group-Wide Delivery: Lead the execution of profit protection priorities across all brands, aligning initiatives, managing dependencies and ensuring delivery stays on track to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Lead Governance & Operational Excellence: Establish strong operating rhythms, governance frameworks and accountability measures that create clarity, consistency and effective decision-making across teams.
- Simplify & Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline ways of working, improve compliance and drive efficiencies through standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
- Turn Insights Into Action: Leverage reporting, analytics and performance reviews to identify trends, measure success and support data-driven decisions that reduce shrink and improve stock integrity.
- Connect Stakeholders & Enable Change: Partner across the business to align priorities, remove barriers and ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and adopted across brands and functions.
- Strengthen Capability & Performance: Support leaders and teams with the tools, frameworks and guidance needed to embed best-practice profit protection processes and deliver long-term sustainable results.

What You'll Bring
- Operational Leadership: Proven experience leading complex operational programs, initiatives or transformation activities across large, multi-site environments.
- Project & Delivery Expertise: Strong ability to translate strategy into action, coordinate competing priorities and drive execution through to successful outcomes.
- Governance & Process Improvement: Experience establishing governance frameworks, improving processes and creating scalable ways of working that enhance performance and accountability.
- Commercial & Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insights into practical recommendations that improve operational and financial outcomes.
- Stakeholder Influence & Flexibility: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, align and engage stakeholders across multiple functions and levels. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel extensively and support teams across diverse locations and operational environments.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for simplifying complexity, improving efficiency and delivering meaningful business impact.
