Programme Manager

Contract Terms: 6-Month Assignment (Inside IR35)
Work Location: London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite, Tuesday–Thursday)
Experience Requirement: 5+ years in fleet operations, logistics, and program management

Overview of the Role & Team

Positioned at the vital intersection of Engineering and Operations, this role serves to connect technical software deployment with physical fleet logistics. Departing from standard dispatch logistics, our model prioritizes data-driven system expansion, analytical evaluation, fleet health tracking, targeted operational campaigns (including retrofits and hardware upgrades), continuous improvement initiatives, and strict adherence to regional regulatory standards.

Operating within the London market requires in-depth knowledge of local transportation regulations, regional fleet depot management, and the capacity to expand operational readiness across complex urban environments. As a Program Manager, you will tackle complex, cross-functional initiatives, align key stakeholders, and drive business, operational, and technical advancements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
