The team
The Global Real Estate & Facilities Management (REFM) team sits within Mars Veterinary Health / Petcare, driving our network strategy, clinic development, and workspace standards across Europe. Reporting to the Director of Network & Investment Strategy, you will join an agile, forward-thinking team of real estate and facilities professionals who work closely with local veterinary practices and leadership. We operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where clear communication, pragmatic problem-solving, and cross-border partnership ensure our clinical teams have the facilities they need to deliver exceptional care.

What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of proven experience in an administrative, project coordination, or executive support role within an international or corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving deadlines, agendas, and approval processes simultaneously.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams), with experience managing complex executive schedules and presentations.
- Native-level English language proficiency (written and spoken), any additional language is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to build trusted working relationships across diverse functions and cultures.
- Previous experience handling travel/expense systems, purchase orders/invoices, or exposure to formal project coordination governance principles.
