Programme Administrator:

Make a real impact in the education sector as a Programme Administrator, supporting the delivery and ongoing development of respected global learning programmes. This varied role combines project coordination, stakeholder support, and academic administration, helping to enhance the student experience across international learning communities. Ideal for a highly organised individual, you'll play a key role in managing learning resources, supporting assessments, and ensuring the smooth delivery of programme activities.

Programme Administrator Role:

  • Supporting the Programme Manager and wider team in delivering programme development projects and administrative initiatives
  • Coordinating meetings, workshops, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities, including support for academics, students, Teaching Centres, and external partners
  • Supporting course development and assessment processes, tracking timelines, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder actions
  • Administering Moodle and Canvas platforms, updating learning materials, and responding to user enquiries and access issues
  • Coordinating virtual workshops, webinars, revision sessions, and career events, providing logistical and administrative support
  • Managing shared inboxes, records, databases, reports, agendas, minutes, expenses, and invoices
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases, conducting basic data analysis, and maintaining accurate project documentation
  • Proofreading documents and online content, supporting continuous improvement of programme and course development processes
