Enterprise Nation is the UK's leading small business support provider and platform. We connect hundreds of thousands of small businesses to trusted support, deliver programmes for government and some of the world's biggest brands – including NatWest, Google and Vodafone – and represent the voice of small business to policymakers and society.

We're building the digital infrastructure that UK small businesses will rely on for decades.

The Role

You'll join our programmes team, supporting the end-to-end delivery of partner and public-sector programmes. This is a role for a highly organised multi-tasker who takes pride in getting the details right – and who wants to learn how a modern, technology-driven business runs programmes at national scale. You'll report to the Senior Programmes Manager.

What you'll do

Programme delivery

  • Manage task timelines and delivery milestones across multiple projects using our project management tools
  • Set up and manage events across our platforms – registration, CRM, webinar and social channels
  • Liaise with speakers and trainers: briefing, scheduling, content coordination and tech checks
  • Manage pre- and post-event communications, surveys and feedback loops
  • Support in-person events: venue booking, catering, logistics, and on-the-day delivery alongside programme managers
  • Assist with shortlisting applications for national competitions using scoring frameworks and your own judgement
  • Keep our records of speakers, venues, suppliers and promotional contacts accurate and current

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
