Description
The Division of Education and Training at The Fenway Institute (TFI-DET) serves as the Capacity Building Provider (CBP) for the Street Medicine Interventions for People with HIV who are Unsheltered initiative. This initiative is funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) through a four-year national cooperative agreement (2025-2029) to identify existing innovative interventions, implement the interventions at nine Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP)-funded sites, provide technical assistance (TA) to support implementation at the sites, and develop accessible dissemination products to promote the replication and scale-up of the interventions in HIV service delivery organizations nationally.
TFI-DET will collaborate with an Evaluation Provider (EP), which has a separate cooperative agreement from HRSA to manage the evaluation component of the project.
Function
Working closely with the Project Manager, and under the supervision of the Project Director, the Program Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in providing implementation support to the nine demonstration sites, including taking and editing notes, scheduling meetings, coordinating communication, performing site visits, monitoring site performance, tracking TA requests, facilitating meetings, and conducting TA as needed following the established TA framework. The Program Coordinator will assist with the planning and implementation of the bi-annual, in-person, demonstration site convenings that bring together staff from all nine sites and from the CBP, EP, HRSA, and other project partners. The Program Coordinator will also contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and training materials.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
