Program Delivery Manager – Retail Media & Technology

About the Role
A leading global digital commerce and online marketplace organisation is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout and launch of Retail Media products across multiple international markets.
This is a highly cross-functional delivery role focused on coordinating Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial and Analytics teams to ensure complex launches are delivered efficiently, on schedule and to a high standard.
The role will play a central part in scaling a sponsored listings and Retail Media platform globally, with responsibility for market readiness, launch governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery and rollout programmes for Retail Media products across multiple markets.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial and Analytics.
- Establish clear ownership, timelines and accountability across programme workstreams.
- Maintain dependency maps, risk registers and escalation paths for programme blockers.
- Lead market readiness assessments and final go/no-go evaluations ahead of market launches.
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, roadmaps, Gantt charts and leadership dashboards.
- Track critical paths, dependencies, milestones and programme performance.
- Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Standardise rollout processes through templates, runbooks and repeatable delivery frameworks.
- Capture lessons from each launch through structured retrospectives and incorporate findings into future delivery plans.
- Use data and performance insights to improve rollout efficiency and delivery processes.
- Provide clear, concise programme updates to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Drive alignment across teams within a complex, matrixed international organisation.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale programmes or product delivery within technology, digital commerce, marketplace or similarly complex environments.
- Strong project and programme management expertise.
- Demonstrated experience developing Gantt charts and managing complex dependencies.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organisation.
- Experience managing multi-functional programmes involving technology and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and structured approach to breaking down complex initiatives and establishing critical paths.
- Ability to anticipate risks, identify blockers and drive timely resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex programmes and roadmaps into clear updates.
- Proactive, self-starting approach with a strong focus on execution.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative and continuously evolving environments.
- An experimentation and continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to measure delivery performance and refine processes based on evidence.
