Delivery Partner – Transformation | UK | AI-First
Role Overview
Looking for an experienced Delivery Partner to lead our strategic delivery relationship with a leading UK business. Based in the UK, the Delivery Partner will lead an organisation of approximately 200 professionals and take overall accountability for the successful delivery of a portfolio of technology and business transformation engagements across the client’s business portfolio.
A defining expectation of this role is to establish an AI-first approach to delivery and transformation. The successful candidate will challenge traditional ways of working and systematically identify where Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled engineering can improve business outcomes, accelerate delivery, reduce cost, and transform the way Whitbread operates.
This is a senior, highly visible client-facing leadership role, combining executive stakeholder management, transformation delivery, large-scale people leadership, AI-led innovation, operational governance, and commercial accountability.

Experience & Skills
Essential
- 15+ years' experience in IT services, technology consulting, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
- Proven experience leading large-scale client engagements or portfolios.
- Experience managing organisations of 200+ technology professionals.
- Strong senior-level client relationship and stakeholder management experience.
- Proven track record delivering complex business and technology transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial and financial management capabilities.
- Excellent executive communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-enabled technology delivery.
- Demonstrable experience of applying AI to improve productivity, delivery, or business outcomes.
Desirable
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, travel, retail, or other consumer-facing industries.
- Understanding of hotel and restaurant technology ecosystems.
- Experience working with large, complex, multi-vendor transformation programmes.
- Experience establishing AI-first delivery models or AI-enabled engineering organisations.
- Experience managing distributed/onshore-offshore delivery organisations.
