$23.00-$24.75 / hour
Position Overview
The Aquatics Program Director plans and implements a wide variety of aquatics programs, supervises aquatics staff and must have thorough understanding of a variety of aquatics programs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work with people of all ages in the discharge of duties.
- Strong ability to maintain respect and discipline from participants, and to develop and maintain a cooperative relationship with associates, parents and others.
- Considerable experience in dealing with people in group situations and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to objectively evaluate program and submit comprehensive and well written reports.
- Ability to plan, organize, implement and supervise a series of programs and to manage operation of a facility for programs.
- Experience with inclusion and serving people with varying abilities.

Supervisory experience required. Lifeguard Certification and swim lesson experience strongly desired. Additional training opportunities may be offered to candidate with a strong aquatics background. Must possess and maintain a valid motor vehicle license.
