Program Director, Enterprise Systems
We're seeking an experienced Program Director, Enterprise Systems to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of enterprise business systems across a complex organisation.
About the Role
This senior leadership role will be responsible for overseeing ERP and EPM platforms, driving technology transformation, improving business processes, and ensuring enterprise systems effectively support organisational goals. Working closely with business and technology leaders, you'll manage large-scale programmes, system roadmaps, governance, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams.

- Define and deliver the enterprise systems strategy and roadmap.
- Lead complex ERP/EPM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Drive process improvement, system optimisation, and operational efficiency.
- Establish strong programme governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and external delivery partners.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across business and technology functions.
- Support data-driven decision-making through enhanced reporting, planning, and analytics capabilities.

About You
- Significant experience leading enterprise systems programmes and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Finance, HR, Operations, Planning, or Supply Chain processes.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP and/or EPM projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with leading enterprise platforms and programme delivery methodologies is advantageous.
