A leading wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a major, multi-year transformation programme spanning regulatory and technology change — including significant technology integration following a recent merger.
This is a senior, high-visibility role working directly with executive leadership to deliver complex change across the business. You'll be responsible for consolidating multiple strategic workstreams into a single, coherent roadmap, while overseeing the integration of systems and technology following an acquisition.

- Strong working knowledge of the regulatory landscape within wealth or asset management, and the ability to translate regulatory priorities into practical delivery plans
- A proven track record delivering complex technology change and post-acquisition system integrations at scale
- The gravitas to partner with C-suite stakeholders and influence across a complex, matrixed organisation
