Mission:
Design, launch, and run Brdge's cohort-based accelerator for startups and founders, owning the programme end to end so it delivers real outcomes for founders and builds Brdge's reputation, deal flow, and venture-builder pipeline.
What they own:
The whole programme lifecycle.
Specifically:
- Programme design: Curriculum and cohort structure, session arc across the set weeks, milestones, demo day. What founders actually learn and build, week by week.
- Sourcing and selection: Building the top-of-funnel of applicants, running the selection process, and setting a quality bar. A weak cohort one is very hard to recover from, so selection rigour matters more than volume.
- Mentor and expert network: Recruiting and managing mentors, guest experts, and investors. This network is often the single biggest reason a founder joins, so it's a core deliverable, not admin.
- Founder experience and delivery: Running the sessions, keeping founders progressing, unblocking them, managing the emotional and operational rollercoaster of a cohort.
- Demo day / outcomes: Engineering the culmination, investor exposure, follow-on funding or partnership outcomes that make the programme's results real and marketable.
- Operations: Logistics, schedule, space, budget, tooling, comms, so it feels professional and well run.
- Measurement and iteration: Defining what success means (founder progression, funding raised, NPS, Brdge pipeline generated) and improving cohort to cohort.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Must-haves:
- Direct experience running an accelerator, incubator, founder programme, or venture-builder cohort, or having been through and helped run one. This is not a role to hand to someone who's only theorised about it.
- Real credibility with founders. They need to have built, operated, invested, or programme-led such that a room of ambitious founders takes them seriously. Founders sniff out inexperience fast.
- Curriculum and programme design ability, can architect a learning and building journey, not just book speakers.
- Strong network in the UK startup ecosystem, or the demonstrated ability to build one quickly (mentors, investors, experts).
- Excellent operator: Organised, calm under pressure, comfortable owning logistics and budget alongside the high-touch relationship work.
- Comfortable being the public face, hosting, facilitating, and representing Brdge externally.

Nice-to-haves:
- Founder experience of their own (raised money, built a team, felt the pain they're now coaching through).
- Investor or angel exposure, understands what makes a startup fundable.
- Existing mentor/investor relationships they bring on day one.
- AI/tech fluency, given Brdge's positioning.
