StanMindsetMomentum works alongside a global personal development education organisation delivering established online programs and live virtual events.
We are looking for self-directed professionals who are comfortable having meaningful conversations, working independently, and taking responsibility for their own results.
What You Will Do
- Connect with individuals interested in personal and professional development
- Conduct introductory conversations by phone or Zoom to understand needs, goals, and suitability
- Introduce established personal development programs and virtual events
- Manage your own contacts, follow-up activity, and pipeline
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective participants
- Use CRM and digital systems to track conversations, appointments, and outcomes
- Follow established communication processes while managing your day independently
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Engagement and Remuneration
This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor engagement. There is no fixed salary or hourly wage. Remuneration is performance-based and linked to successful outcomes.
The role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their own activity, and being accountable for results.
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the location in which they are applying. Visa sponsorship is not available.
