Programme Executive - Medical Education
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Location: Fully remote, UK
A growing medical education organisation is looking for a Programme Executive to join its programme delivery team.
This is an opportunity for someone who combines exceptional organisation and attention to detail with curiosity, initiative and independent thinking.
You'll join an ambitious and growing team where you'll be trusted to take ownership of your work, encouraged to share ideas and given the opportunity to make a genuine contribution as the organisation develops.
The role
You'll work alongside an experienced team delivering high-quality medical education programmes for pharmaceutical clients, across both live and on-demand formats.
- You'll help coordinate multiple programmes and their moving parts, including timelines, faculty communications, materials, documentation, virtual meetings and stakeholder requirements.
- You'll play an important role in keeping programmes organised, maintaining high standards and ensuring the detail is right throughout delivery.

A degree in a life science or related scientific discipline would be advantageous, although we'd also welcome candidates who can demonstrate a genuine passion for healthcare and medical education.
