Cornerstone is the UK's leading mobile and digital infrastructure provider, managing over 15,700 sites and holding 35% of the UK market. Our mission is to be famous for excellence in delivery, embracing transformation with our people and our customers at its heart.
As demand for connectivity continues to grow, we're expanding our infrastructure portfolio and creating new opportunities for customers across the UK. We're now looking for an experienced ADC Delivery Program Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our Acquisition, Design & Construction (ADC) programme.
This is an opportunity to lead one of Cornerstone's most important growth initiatives, helping to increase the number of customers we serve while ensuring exceptional delivery performance and customer experience.
The Role

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic planning, programme leadership and stakeholder management, requiring close collaboration with senior leaders across the business and external partners.
This is part programme leader, part strategist, part relationship builder:
- Leading complex cross-functional delivery programmes.
- Managing critical milestones, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
- Driving alignment across internal teams, customers and suppliers.
- Ensuring effective governance, reporting and performance management.
- Supporting the growth of Cornerstone's infrastructure portfolio.
If you're looking for a role where you can influence strategy and drive meaningful business impact, this is it.
Why This Role Matters
The ADC programme is a key enabler of Cornerstone's growth ambitions. Success depends on effective planning, collaboration and programme leadership to ensure delivery remains on track, customers remain engaged, and business objectives are achieved.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
