Enterprise MDR & CDR SaaS Implementation Programme | Cognizant Systems Integration
Hybrid — Remote (aligned to client hours) | GxP High
About the Role
Own end-to-end delivery, financial performance, resourcing, and stakeholder management for a multi-year enterprise MDR & CDR SaaS implementation programme, coordinating a 20+ person delivery team across CDR, MDR, Integration, and Validation workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the programme plan, milestones, and RAID log across all workstreams
- Chair weekly programme status forums with client IT/SIT/Business stakeholders
- Resolve cross-workstream dependencies and ownership ambiguity
- Own resourcing: attrition/backfill planning, performance management, team stabilisation
- Own commercial health: burn, forecast-to-actual variance, change requests against SOW
- Act as primary escalation point for client leadership; manage with structured RCA and action plans
- Own programme-level accountability for the LSH-to-CDS migration cascade (MDR Lite → TCS MDR → CDS)
- Own the programme risk register and audit/validation readiness (GxP traceability)

What You Bring
- 12+ years programme/project management, incl. 5+ years leading large-scale, multi-workstream tech/SaaS programmes in regulated environments
- Experience owning programme P&L, SOW/commercial governance, and change control
- Proven multi-workstream delivery ownership (technical, functional, commercial)
- Strong stakeholder/escalation management at senior/executive level
- Workforce management at scale (attrition, performance, stabilisation)
- GxP/regulated-industry experience; familiarity with validation lifecycle (URS, OQ/PQ)
- Familiarity with clinical data platforms (CDR, MDR, EDC, LSH, or equivalent)

Desirable
- Large pharma/regulated clinical data transformation programme experience
- Familiarity with Medidata (Rave, CDS), TCS DO Accelerate, or equivalent
- CDISC standards knowledge (USDM, SDTM, ADaM)
- Legacy-to-SaaS coexistence/migration programme experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe certification
