Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst (Contract)
£300-£350/day (Inside IR35)
Milton Keynes - Hybrid (circa 2 days per week onsite)
6-Month Contract
We're supporting an established insurance organisation looking for a Project Coordinator / PMO Support Contractor to join their growing Portfolio function on an initial 6-month contract.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of project delivery. We're looking for a proactive, energetic individual who can take ownership, chase actions, engage stakeholders, and help keep multiple initiatives moving forward.
The Role
You'll act as the operational backbone of a busy portfolio, supporting project and programme delivery through effective coordination, governance, and stakeholder management. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help ensure key activities remain on track and delivery teams have the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder engagement and follow-up across multiple business functions
- Meeting coordination, reporting, and governance support
- Tracking risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
- Supporting portfolio and project delivery activities
- Resolving day-to-day challenges and driving actions through to completion
- Helping ensure regulatory, governance, and delivery deadlines are met

What we're looking for:
- Experience in Project Coordination, PMO Support, Portfolio Support, or Project Administration
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive and naturally curious mindset
- Someone who is comfortable asking questions, challenging where appropriate, and taking ownership
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
