PMO Analyst

Sector: Public Sector / Government

Job Title: PMO Analyst

Type: Contractor

Location: London (hybrid working)

Duration: 12 months +

Vetting: SC security clearance will be required

Overview

Coordinate the end-to-end Joiners, Movers & Leavers (JML) process, ensuring smooth onboarding, transfers, and offboarding of resources.

  • Manage onboarding activities including vetting, security clearance, building access, and equipment provisioning.
  • Maintain accurate resource records, trackers, and allocation data across the programme.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all resource and workforce administration queries.
  • Process internal resource moves between projects and departments, ensuring records remain up to date.
  • Monitor contract end dates and proactively manage renewals, extensions, and offboarding activities.
  • Liaise with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal support teams to ensure resource requirements are met.
  • Support recruitment administration by raising resource requests, purchase orders, and tracking candidate pipelines.
  • Produce weekly reporting on programme capacity, utilisation, open actions, and overdue JML activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of JML and resource management processes, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
