PMO Consultant – Digital & Security Programme
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
We are looking for an experienced PMO Consultant to support a major Central Government programme integrating digital and security workstreams.
The role will provide the programme governance, reporting, RAID management and controls required to support effective delivery. You will play an important role in establishing consistent ways of working across the programme and ensuring stakeholders have accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience standing up, improving or re-baselining PMO processes during programme integration or transformation.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide effective programme governance and PMO support across an integrated programme.
- Own and maintain programme RAID logs, reporting and controls.
- Establish consistent governance and ways of working across digital and security workstreams.
- Produce high-quality programme reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Support programme planning, dependency management and milestone tracking.
- Help establish, improve and re-baseline PMO processes and controls.
- Ensure programme information is accurate, consistent and appropriately governed.
- Support the Programme Manager and wider leadership team with programme assurance and decision-making.
Required experience:
- Active SC Clearance is essential.
- Strong PMO background within complex programmes.
- Excellent programme governance, reporting and RAID management experience.
- Demonstrable experience setting up, improving or re-baselining PMO processes.
- Experience supporting programme integrations, transformations or complex multi-workstream environments.
- Strong programme controls and planning capability.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging where appropriate.
- Previous Central Government or wider public-sector experience would be highly advantageous.

Hybrid/Croydon - 3 days per week on site
Rate:
£450 per day Inside IR35
Duration:
6 months
