The Role
Are you an aspiring PMO Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Have you spent the last couple of years working within a PMO, project support, or project coordination environment and are now ready to develop your skills further with a rapidly growing consultancy? If you're highly organised, passionate about project delivery, and excited by the opportunity to work on major business and technology transformation programmes, we'd love to hear from you. As a PMO Co-ordinator, you'll be at the heart of our programme delivery capability, helping to keep projects organised, governed, and running smoothly. Working alongside experienced consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders, you'll support the administration, reporting, governance, planning, and controls that enable successful delivery across digital, data, and ERP transformation programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in PMO, project management, or consulting, with plenty of exposure to senior leaders, varied project environments, and structured development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support programme governance activities, coordinating key meetings, maintaining action logs and ensuring decisions are tracked through to completion.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, roadmaps and documentation, working closely with delivery teams to monitor progress and highlight risks to delivery.
- Manage RAID registers, tracking risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies while supporting timely escalation and resolution.
- Produce project reporting, dashboards and presentations, providing clear and accurate updates for stakeholders and programme leadership.
- Assist with financial administration, resource planning, onboarding and the maintenance of project controls.
- Maintain project documentation and repositories, ensuring information is organised, version controlled and audit-ready.
- Provide support across key PMO tools and systems, promoting consistency, best practice and effective ways of working across programme teams.
What We're Looking For...
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a PMO, Project Support Officer, Project Co-ordinator, or similar project delivery support role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience using collaboration and project delivery tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- An understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- A proactive approach and a desire to learn and develop.

Experience within consulting, technology transformation, digital, data, or ERP programmes would be beneficial but is not essential.
