We are hiring for PMO Lead
Location: Aberdeen – 2-3 days/week on site
- Proven experience in project/programme delivery, risk and issue management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership.
- Able to design and tailor governance, controls and delivery methodologies.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong ability to influence, communicate and align delivery with wider strategy.
- Comfortable working autonomously amid change and competing priorities.
