PMO Lead Opportunity
Are you an experienced PMO professional who thrives on driving governance excellence, process improvement and delivery assurance across complex transformation programmes? We are seeking a PMO Lead to establish, lead and continuously enhance PMO services across a high-profile programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape PMO maturity, influence senior stakeholders and embed best-practice governance, reporting and controls across a large-scale delivery environment.

- Lead PMO governance, reporting, planning and assurance activities
- Develop and implement PMO standards, controls and best practices
- Drive PMO maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee RAID management, milestone tracking and programme reporting
- Build strong relationships with programme and project stakeholders
- Champion adoption of PMO processes and ways of working
- Lead and mentor a team of PMO Analysts
About You
- Proven experience leading PMO functions within complex programmes or transformation environments
- Strong understanding of governance, reporting, planning, risk and assurance frameworks
- Experience delivering process improvements and PMO maturity initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams
- Background within large-scale change, transformation, public sector or regulated environments is advantageous
