📍 Aberdeen – 2–3 days per week on site
📅 Contract until 21 December 2026
💷 Day rate: £557.42

  • Leading discrete projects and complex workstreams from initiation through to closure.
  • Establishing and improving PMO standards, delivery frameworks, templates and controls.
  • Designing and running proportionate programme and portfolio governance that enables effective decision-making.
  • Managing planning, dependencies, risks, issues, reporting and benefits realisation.
  • Turning complex programme information into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting business and operational leads to set projects and programmes up for successful delivery.
  • Coordinating cross-functional inputs, including Finance and Commercial.
  • Working with senior internal and external stakeholders to align deliverables, reporting and best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • The ability to translate complex delivery information into concise, meaningful reporting.
  • Experience tailoring project management methodologies and governance to suit an organisation’s maturity and needs.
  • A solutions-focused, adaptable approach.

You’ll also hold, or be working towards, a recognised project management accreditation such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP Practitioner, Agile Project Management Practitioner, APM Practitioner Qualification or APM Chartered Project Professional (ChPP), or equivalent relevant development.

This role will particularly suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on delivery with PMO leadership, and who can bring structure and clarity to an organisation that is still evolving.
