PMO Manager | Energy & Utilities | London / Hybrid
Location: London (Hybrid 1-2 times a week)
Duration: 9 - 12 months

We’re looking for an experienced PMO Manager to lead and develop a PMO function supporting a portfolio of complex transformation and change programmes within a highly regulated energy environment.
You’ll take ownership of PMO standards and ways of working, providing leadership across governance, RAID, reporting, financial control, resource planning and programme assurance, while managing and developing a team of PMO professionals.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and develop the PMO team, including resource and capacity planning.
- Own and continuously improve programme governance, reporting and PMO frameworks.
- Oversee RAID, dependencies, financial tracking, KPIs and delivery reporting.
- Support Programme Managers with planning, resource allocation and delivery assurance.
- Drive consistency and continuous improvement across programme delivery.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners.
We're looking for:
- Strong experience leading a PMO function within complex transformation programmes.
- Proven people management and team development experience.
- Excellent programme governance, reporting, financial and resource management capability.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within energy, utilities or another regulated environment is advantageous.
- P3O, PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe or similar qualifications would be beneficial.
