JOB SUMMARY

The Program Manager is responsible for independently owning a portfolio of multiple, interconnected workstreams and ensuring they collectively deliver strategic value to the organization. This role manages interdependencies, risks, and resources across those workstreams, aligning outcomes with business objectives, and serves as the primary point of accountability for program-level status and decision-making. The Program Manager also owns change management planning and execution for assigned initiatives — assessing change impact, building the change management plan, and partnering with stakeholders across the firm to drive adoption. The Program Manager collaborates with stakeholders — including senior and executive leadership — to ensure transparency, governance, and successful execution of initiatives, and provides mentorship to Project Managers and Project Coordinators to help build project management capability across the PMO. This role does not have formal management authority over other Project Managers' workstreams but is expected to guide and mentor less senior team members informally. The Program Manager reports to the Manager of Enterprise PMO.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
