Job Description
Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Transformation Delivery
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programs from strategy and mobilization through deployment and hypercare.
- Develop and execute program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
- Drive successful implementation of D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Manage program scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Ensure delivery excellence through adherence to Microsoft Success by Design methodology and Genpact delivery standards.
- Oversee multiple workstreams including business process design, solution architecture, integrations, data migration, testing, change management, and deployment.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives, Program Sponsors, Steering Committees, and Business Leadership teams.
- Lead executive governance meetings and strategic decision-making forums.
- Build strong relationships with Finance Directors, CIOs, CTOs, Operations Leaders, Procurement Heads, and Transformation Executives.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business and technology functions.
- Effectively manage escalations, conflicting priorities, and strategic program decisions.
Client Engagement & Consulting Leadership
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership throughout the transformation journey.
- Partner with client leadership to define future-state operating models and business transformation objectives.
- Facilitate business workshops, solution reviews, design governance, and executive status reporting.
- Act as the face of Genpact at client locations and represent the organization in executive-level interactions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and support long-term account growth.

Global Delivery Management
- Lead large cross-functional teams operating across onsite, offshore, and nearshore delivery centers.
- Coordinate delivery teams across UK, India, Europe, and other global locations.
- Establish effective collaboration frameworks between business and technology teams.
- Drive resource planning, utilization management, and delivery optimization.
- Mentor project managers, solution architects, functional consultants, and technical leads.
Program Governance & Risk Management
- Establish robust program governance structures, PMO controls, reporting cadence, and escalation frameworks.
- Drive RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) across workstreams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and quality standards.
- Monitor program health through executive dashboards, KPIs, and milestone tracking.
- Identify and mitigate delivery, commercial, and organizational risks.
Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Manage program financials including forecasting, revenue tracking, budget control, and margin management.
- Support proposal development, solution reviews, and pursuit activities for new opportunities.
- Contribute to account expansion through identification of transformation opportunities.
- Ensure strong commercial governance and contractual compliance.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 18+ years of experience in enterprise IT consulting, ERP programs, and digital transformation.
- Minimum 8+ years managing large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation programs.
- Proven experience delivering complex global ERP transformation programs valued at multi-million pounds/dollars.
- Extensive experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders and steering committees.
- Strong experience managing geographically distributed teams across onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Experience leading multiple vendors and system integrators in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end program delivery across the full project lifecycle.
