Role Summary
Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of enterprise Data and AI initiatives. You will partner with business, engineering, product, and architecture teams to build scalable data platforms and AI capabilities that drive measurable value while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Execution: Lead cross-functional delivery of complex Data & AI initiatives from concept through adoption.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate business strategy into actionable technical roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Product, Engineering, Data Science, Governance, and Operations to resolve dependencies and manage risks.
- Platform & AI Deployment: Coordinate the launch of enterprise data platforms, MLOps, AI-enabled features, and data quality frameworks.
- Governance & Risk: Ensure solutions comply with data privacy, security, AI risk management, and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on execution priorities, investments, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years driving large-scale Data, AI, or digital transformation programmes.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise cloud data platforms, analytics, and machine learning solutions.
- Deep knowledge of data governance, cloud architecture, and the AI/ML lifecycle.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in regulated environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI, MLOps, metadata management, or Data Mesh/Products.
- Prior experience in financial services, risk, ratings, or highly regulated sectors.
