Contract, Programme Delivery Manager
c£650 pd (Inside)
6 month contract, 2 days per week in North East England
Managing a programme of 7 project workstreams across change and technology delivery, bringing them together to form a coherent portfolio of work.
This role will require excellent stakeholder management both upward to executive and across the wider enterprise group.

Responsibilities
- Set governance and strategy around the wider portfolio of work
- Manage and support senior project managers in the delivery of change and technology projects.
- Align the portfolio to future state TOM and future business structures
- Communicate project deliveries to executive with a clear delivery plan
- Engage stakeholders across the organisation to maintain momentum for the deliveries

Qualifications
- Experience of GDS frameworks is essential, preferably in a local council setting
- Strong communication, organizational and delivery skills
- Demonstrable delivery in complex, enterprise environments
This is an urgent requirement and will require availability within a 2 week timeframe.
