As our Program Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of NPI, current product, and sustaining programs, from concept and planning through development, industrialization, launch, and ongoing product evolution.
- Own the integrated programme plan, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and commitments are clearly defined, aligned, and delivered.
- Drive cross-functional programme execution across Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing partners.
- Proactively manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation and recovery actions to protect key milestones and delivery commitments.
- Lead programme planning and PI execution within an Agile environment, working across ARTs and Agile teams to align resources, capabilities, and features to programme priorities and delivery commitments.
- Drive product and release readiness, ensuring cross-functional alignment for new product launches, product enhancements, and sustaining releases.
- Provide clear programme governance and reporting, giving stakeholders visibility of programme health, milestones, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
- Champion programme management best practices and continuous improvement, strengthening NPI and sustaining programme delivery across the organization.

Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Certification in Program Management (PgMP) or Project Management (PMP).
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory and compliance requirements in areas such as Physical Access Control (PACS), Security, Cloud-based SaaS, and Biometrics.
- Proven experience leading complex new product development programs from concept through development, industrialization, and successful market launch.
