Program Manager – Retail Operations | Global Technology Company

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a global technology organisation and drive strategic programs that enhance product ownership, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and customer experience across retail stores.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with global cross-functional teams, and turning strategic priorities into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, create, lead, and implement strategic programs supporting retail priorities.
  • Develop initiatives that improve product ownership, operational efficiency, processes, and customer experience.
  • Lead complex projects across global cross-functional teams.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and risks early and drive timely resolution.
  • Partner with senior retail and field leadership to communicate key projects and initiatives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across regional and global teams.
  • Travel to different markets to support initiatives, host forums, gather feedback, and strengthen communication.
  • Analyse business trends and develop strategies and solutions to address complex operational challenges.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing strategic and tactical priorities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and project lifecycles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to identify trends, develop strategies, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder and change management experience.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across different levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
