We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), working directly with a global enterprise customer to drive the successful delivery of a large-scale cyber security transformation programme.
This is a high-profile role where you'll be responsible for coordinating multiple security projects, managing senior stakeholders, and ensuring security services are successfully integrated across a complex international environment.
What you'll be doing
- Lead a portfolio of cyber security projects from initiation through to delivery
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across technical, operational, and business teams
- Act as the primary Programme Manager between the MSSP and the end customer
- Ensure cyber security services are successfully integrated into the customer's environment
- Manage programme governance, RAID logs, budgets, reporting, and executive updates
- Work closely with Security Architects, Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and engineering teams
- Drive delivery against agreed milestones while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and third-party suppliers

What we're looking for
- Proven experience delivering complex programmes within a Cyber Security or MSSP environment
- Strong background managing multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at executive level
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- Strong governance, planning, and programme reporting experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with global enterprise organisations

Desirable
- Experience across SOC, Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, or Network Security programmes
- PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or PMP certification
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIS
