Job Title: Program Manager

Years of Experience: 10-15 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis to lead and manage multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive program success while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor program progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Manage risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in business analysis and project management techniques.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, with a strong ability to gather and document requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in program management, with a strong emphasis on business analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex programs and delivering results on time and within budget.
