Programme Manager - Defence
Location - Portsmouth (onsite)
Salary - £65,000-£75,000 plus package.
Please note: Due to the nature of the role, this requires eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
We’re looking for a capable Programme Manager to oversee multiple concurrent projects, working closely with engineering teams, Project Managers and customers to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

- Leading and supporting Project Managers and delivery teams
- Managing programme plans, schedules, risks, dependencies and milestones
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Strong experience overseeing programme finances, including cost forecasting, budgeting and financial performance.
- Supporting bids, proposals and new business activity
- Managing resource requirements and delivery priorities
- Providing programme updates to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
- Proven Programme Management experience within defence, maritime or a complex engineering environment
- Experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously
- Strong customer, stakeholder and leadership skills
- Experience managing programme budgets, costs and delivery performance
- Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skill
