Programme / Transformation Delivery Lead
We are looking for an experienced Programme / Transformation Delivery Lead with in programme portfolio management and large-scale transformation delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Experience leading complex, globally distributed transformation portfolios.
- Strong experience managing large-scale platform and data migration programmes, preferably involving SAS environments.
- Expertise across target-state strategy, roadmap development, environment readiness, testing, parallel running, cutover, backout planning, and decommissioning.
- Strong understanding of SAS migration dependencies, including code remediation, data lineage, reconciliation, controls, operational readiness, and post-migration assurance.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformations across multiple business areas, platforms, and geographies.
- Strong ownership of programme governance, benefits realisation, RAID, cross-programme dependencies, stage gates, assurance, and audit readiness.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and influencing skills, working across business, engineering, operations, risk, security, controls, and suppliers.
- Experience delivering transformation programmes within regulated financial institutions, with strong knowledge of risk, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with investment cases, financial forecasting, resource planning, and delivery capacity management.
