Responsibilities

  • Manage a large size engineering operations engagement for a hi-tech customer
  • Work with the Engineering Head and team to consistently meet stakeholders’ expectations.
  • In partnership with the team, ensure successful execution of portfolio of programs.
  • Solve problems, create processes, and execute on business operations tasks.
  • Focus on streamlining processes, improve quality of deliverables, efficiency and make decision-making more effective.
  • Continuously seek to improve collaboration across teams.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants update about the progress and risks.
  • Stakeholder Management - Should be able manage multiple stakeholders including both internal and external (customer) senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates strong political awareness and sensitivity to organizational dynamics, adapting communication and approach to different stakeholder interests and environments.
  • Perform quality control on projects to ensure standards initially set are being met.
  • Actively participate in all aspects of program reviews including weekly team meetings
  • Manage and motivate team to perform as per customer's expectations

  • Experience in managing a multicultural team preferable in a large-scale IT organization
  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of experience as Project/Program Manager for Software projects/programs, or similar role
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter who is eager and effective at solving problems
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities, and relationships
  • Accountable to project deadlines.
  • Self-Driven and Exceptional organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
