Programme Manager | Business Change & Transformation
Permanent full-time role
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000
Location: Largely home based with adhoc travel to the office (London)
We are currently recruiting for a permanent Programme Manager to lead a significant programme of business change and transformation for a leading energy and utilities organisation.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring change is effectively understood, adopted and embedded across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leadership and teams across the business, you’ll turn strategic priorities into a clear transformation roadmap while considering the people, process and operational impact of change.

The role will involve:
- Leading a portfolio of business change and transformation initiatives
- Developing the overall transformation roadmap and programme structure
- Assessing change impacts and organisational readiness
- Driving stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption
- Ensuring new processes and ways of working are successfully embedded
- Managing programme risks, dependencies, governance and priorities
- Tracking benefits and measuring the impact of change
- Providing clear updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

We’re looking for someone who combines strong Programme Management capability with genuine Business Change experience - someone comfortable shaping change as well as driving its delivery.
Experience within energy, utilities or regulated environments would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
