Programme Manager

Initial 6-12 Month Contract | London (Hybrid) | Potential Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile AI transformation programme focused on enabling AI capabilities for Board and Executive stakeholders.

Having completed extensive exploratory work, the organisation is preparing to launch an innovative AI-powered solution into production in September. The platform is designed to support Board members and senior leadership teams by analysing Board Packs and providing enhanced insight, helping drive more informed decision-making.

This role requires an exceptional stakeholder manager who can operate confidently at Board, Executive Committee, and senior leadership level, whilst maintaining close alignment with Product, Technology, and external partners including Microsoft.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of establishing the governance and delivery framework required to successfully roll out and embed the solution across the organisation. Working closely with the Product Owner, Development teams, Microsoft, and senior business stakeholders, you will create and drive the programme roadmap while ensuring alignment to the broader vision for AI adoption and customer experience transformation.

This is a highly visible role offering significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the future use of AI within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
